Welcome to GoatGenie CRM, a customer relationship management and marketing automation platform operated by GoatGenie LLC ("GoatGenie," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our 7-day free trial, you agree to these Terms, which govern your use of our platform and your subscription once the trial period ends.
The free trial is available to new users only. Each user, business, or organization is limited to one free trial. A valid credit or debit card must be provided at sign-up to activate the trial.
Your 7-day trial begins immediately upon registration. You may select one of the following plans:
During the trial, you'll have full access to all features included in your chosen plan.
When the 7-day trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid plan. The payment method you provided will be automatically charged based on your selected package:
You expressly authorize GoatGenie LLC to charge your card unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel any time before the end of the 7-day trial through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
Once billed, payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you cancel before the trial ends, your account access will terminate after the 7-day period. We may retain your data for up to 30 days following cancellation; after that, your account and related data may be permanently deleted.
We recommend exporting any important data before canceling your subscription.
GoatGenie CRM provides marketing and sales automation tools that help users manage campaigns, leads, and customer relationships. We do not guarantee specific results, performance outcomes, or any particular return on investment (ROI). Success depends on many factors including your business model, market conditions, and how you use the platform.
While the platform subscription is included in your trial and plan pricing, SMS, phone calls, and certain email services are billed separately based on usage at wholesale carrier rates. Monthly credits are included with paid plans. See our SMS/Calls/Email Pricing page for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoatGenie LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and cancel your subscription in accordance with these terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these trial terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
