GoatGenie provides a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform with automation, communication, and marketing tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, except under our 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers.

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoatGenie from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
